NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to an action for non-judicial foreclosure of timeshare units on the Claim of Lien dated December 3, 2015 and recorded December 10, 2015 in the Official Records Book 2598, Page 4828 of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida and that certain Claim of Lien dated October 20, 2014 and recorded October 22, 2014, in the Official Records Book 2541, Page 5027 of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, I will sell, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at THE PENTHOUSES AT GULF STREAM RESORT Manager's Office, 1501 Gulf Drive North, Bradenton Beach, FL 34217 on the 31st day of March, 2016, at 11:15 a.m., the following described real property located in Manatee County, Florida, to-wit:
Unit Numbers and Week Numbers (as set forth below) in THE PENTHOUSES AT GULF STREAM RESORT, a Condominium, as per to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 1624, Page 2053, and amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, and all amendments thereto.
