NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 1, 2016 and entered in Case No. 2014CA6567 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida wherein FIRST AMERICAN FUNDING, LLC a New Jersey limited liability company, is the Plaintiff and TONIA L. SMITH, BRIAN M. SMITH, et al., are Defendants. I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at 11:00 o'clock A.M. on April 1, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 33, Block D, Fairfax, Phase One, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 24, at Page 28, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
