Final Judgment was awarded on February 23, 2016 in Civil Case No. 2015CA004515AX, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR TO THE CHASE MANHATTAN BANK, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL FUNDING MORTGAGE SECURITIES II, INC., HOME LOAN TRUST 2000-HI3, HOME LOAN-BACKED NOTES is the Plaintiff, and RICHARD A COOPER A/K/A RICHARD COOPER; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION; KIMBERLY R. COOPER AKA KIMBERLY COOPER; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

LOTS 12, 13 AND 14 LESS THE SOUTH 104 FEET THEREOF, AND ALL OF LOT 11 OF BLOCK “B”, BISSELL SUBDIVISION, A RESUBDIVISION OF LOTS 433 AND 434 OF ROSEDALE, THIRD SECTION, IN SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 34 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 124 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
