NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on February 23, 2016 in Civil Case No. 2014CA005072AX, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein, PROSPECT MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff, and REBEKAH S. VANDERWARKER; LOUIS BRIDDA A/K/A LOUIS J. BRIDDA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LOUIS BRIDDA A/K/A LOUIS J. BRIDDA; MANATEE COUNTY CLERK OF THE COURT; TIBBETTS LUMBER CO., LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, D/B/A T; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso will sell to the highest bidder for cash www.manatee.realforeclose.com on March 24, 2016 at 11:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 20, MANATEE OAKS SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 107,108 AND 109, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
