NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 9th day of February, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2013CA003429AX, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and VICTOR A. GRIFFITH; COUNTRY CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF MANATEE, INC.;DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY-INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE DISCOVER BANK; TAMARA M. PADGETT and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 23rd day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 134, COUNTRY CREEK SUBDIVISION, PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGE 78, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
