NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2015CA-003410-0000-00 in the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida, wherein, CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES, LLC, Plaintiff, and, RANDELL L. PENIX, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.polk.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00AM, on the 8th day of April, 2016, the following described property:
ALL THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED LAND IN POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA TO-WIT:
LOT 6 OF CESARA ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 97, PAGE(S) 27 AND 28, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH A MOBILE HOME LOCATED THEREON AS A PERMANENT FIXTURE AND APPURTENANCE THERETO, DESCRIBED AS:
A 2000 IRONWOOD MOBILE HOME, IDENTIFICATION NUMBERS GAGMTD06661A AND GAGMTD06661B, TITLE NUMBERS 81546816 AND 81546691, AND RP NUMBERS R0508378 AND R0508379.
