NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 24, 2016, and entered in Case No. 11-2015-CA-001168 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which The Bank of New York, as trustee, for the benefit of the registered holders of Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Trust 2006-AR8, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-AR8, is the Plaintiff and John Franz, Horse Creek Estates Homeowners Association, Inc., Unknown Party #2 n/k/a Holly Major, Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Victoria Major, United States of America, are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 28th day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 103, HORSE CREEK ESTATES, ACCORING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGE(S) 74, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
