NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 24, 2016, and entered in Case No. 11-2015-CA-000970 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Bank of America, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Wilmer Ocampo Investment Corp, Wilmer Ocampo, Marco Loaiza, are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 28th day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE WEST 75 FEET OF EAST 180 FEET OF TRACT NUMBER 89, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 42, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, AT PAGE 27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
