NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 24, 2016 in the above action, the Collier County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Collier County, Florida, on March 28, 2016, at 11:00 a.m., in person on the third floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex located at 3315 Tamiami Trail E., Naples, FL 34112, in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statues, using the following method: At lobby of 3rd Floor, beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the prescribed date, for the following described property:
COMMENCING AT A POINT 39.19 FEET SOUTH OF THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 32, TOWNSHIP 46 SOUTH, RANGE 29 EAST, COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, SAID POINT BEING ON THE SOUTH RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF STATE ROAD S-850; THENCE SOUTHERLY ALONG THE WEST BOUNDARY OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SAID SECTION, 260.71 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE EASTERLY AND PARALLEL WITH THE SOUTH RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF STATE ROAD S-850, 135.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTHERLY AND PARALLEL WITH THE WEST BOUNDARY, 100.00 FEET; THENCE WESTERLY AND PARALLEL WITH THE NORTH BOUNDARY, 135.00 FEET TO THE WEST BOUNDARY OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SAID SECTION; THENCE NORTHERLY ALONG SAID BOUNDARY 100.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
