NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated Feb. 23, 2016, entered in Civil Case No.: 11-CA-052030 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and HILDA STILLER; BERND H. STILLER, SR.; BERND H. STILLER, JR.; CITY OF CAPE CORAL, FL; OASIS OF CAPE CORAL CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A TIFFANY, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 24 day of March, 2016, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 425 OASIS OF CAPE CORAL, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4593, PAGES 1573 THROUGH 1675, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS DESCRIBED IN SAID CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
