Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-noted case, that I will sell the following property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as:
Lot 26, Moody River Estates Unit Four, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded under Official Records Instrument No. 2006000235171, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Property Address: 1316 ELLENDALE CIRCL, LEHIGH ACRES, FL 33936
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, shall sell the property at public sale on March 21, 2016, at 9:00 a.m., beginning at 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with ยง45.031, Fla. Statutes to the highest bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes.
The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be payable to the Clerk of the Circuit Court.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE. YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM.
