NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on January 7, 2008 in Civil Case No. 2007-CA-4918, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR SG MORTGAGE SECURITIES ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-FRE2 is the Plaintiff, and SUSAN M. ANTHONY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

LOT 3 AND THE EAST 24 FEET OF LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK 4, OF POINCIANA PARK ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED, IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 49, TOGETHER WITH THAT VACATED 14 FOOT ALLEY BETWEEN THE EAST LINE OF LOTS 1 AND 2, AND THE WEST LINE OF LOT 3, BLOCK 4, OF SAID SUBDIVISION, AS VACATED BY RESOLUTION RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 326, PAGES 185 AND 186, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
