RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed Feb. 29, 2016 and entered in Case No. 13-CA-050045 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2005-AC4 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-AC4, is Plaintiff, and DONALD SKINNER A/K/A DONALD WESLEY SKINNER, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on March 31, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Lot 19, Briarcrest, according to the map or plat thereof recorded on Plat Book 42, page 40, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
