Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 1 day of March, 2016, and entered in case No. 15-CC-4934 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein SANDOVAL COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and TERRANCE GUETLER, JR., JESSICA GUETLER, DISCOVER BANK, AND SUNTRUST BANK are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 31 day of March, 2016 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Lot 38, Block 7085, Sandoval - Phase 1, according to the plat thereof as recorded In Plat Book 79, Pages 15 through 31, of the Public records of Lee County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
