Condominium Unit 834, CENTRAL PARK II, a Condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Record Book 2963, Page 143-217; as Amended in Book 2969, Page 1312-1320; Book 2975, Page 257; Book 3055, Page 2777-2786; Book 3060, Page 2759-2769; Book 3064, Page 2914-2924; Instrument No. 1998161743; Instrument No. 199861740, also according to the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 31, Page 47-47D; Plat Book 31, Page 48-48D, Plat Book 32, Page 18-18D; Plat Book 32, Page 19-19D; Plat Book 32, Page 20-20D; Plat Book 35, Page 5-5D, and Plat Book 33, page 6-6D, all as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Business Law Group, P.A., Attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 301 W.
