You are hereby notified that Lutheran Services Florida, Inc., Michelle Kuras, Mark White, and Brandon White, III, the co-guardians for Brandon White, Jr. (the “Ward”) have filed in case number 2015-GA-001572, pending in the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, Probate/Guardianship Division, the address of which is 2000 Main Street, Sarasota, FL 34237, a Petition for Discharge of Co-Guardians upon the grounds of change of domicile of the Ward to Michigan, and will apply for discharge on April 13, 2016; and that the jurisdiction of the Ward will be transferred to the Probate Court for Tuscola County, Michigan. ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE NOTIFIED THAT:
Any objection to the co-guardians' petition for discharge or final report shall be in writing; shall state with particularity each item to which the objection is directed and the grounds on which the objection is based; and shall be filed within the later of 30 days from the date of service of the Petition for Discharge or the date of the first publication of this Notice; and a notice of hearing on the objection shall be served within 90 days after the objection is filed, or the objection is abandoned.
