NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on February 18, 2016, in the above-captioned action, the Clerk of Court, Paula S. O`Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 20th day of June, 2016, at 11:00 A.M. on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Lot 20, FAIRWAY SPRINGS UNIT 1, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 19, Pages 3 through 5, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Together with:
A portion of Section 24, Township 26 South, Range 16 East, and more particularly described as follows:
Begin at the Southwest corner of Lot 20 as shown on Plat of FAIRWAY SPRINGS UNIT 1, and recorded in Plat Book 19, Pages 3, 4, and 5, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida; run thence South 89 degrees 42 minutes 55 seconds East along the South boundary line of Lot 20 of said FAIRWAY SPRINGS UNIT 1, 51.63 feet to the Northwest corner of Lot 9 of said FAIRWAY SPRINGS UNIT 1; thence South 0 degrees 19 minutes 25 seconds West, 30.00 feet along the West boundary line of said Lot 9; thence North 89 degrees 42 minutes 55 seconds West 51.63 feet to a point; thence North 01 degree 30 minutes 16 seconds West; 30.01 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot 20 and the POINT OF BEGINNING.
