NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated January 27, 2016, entered in Case No. 51-2013-CA-001209-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Provident Funding Associates, L.P. is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Beneficiaries, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other Parties claiming Interests by, through, under and against the Estate of Clinton Hendrickson, deceased; Clinton Hendrickson; Unknown Spouse of Clinton Hendrickson; Daniel Hendrickson; Jennifer Petitta; Peggy Rankin; Heather Hill Nursing Center, LLC d/b/a Heather Hill Healthcare Center; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2; All other Parties claiming Interests by, through, under and against a named Defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether same Unknown Parties may claim interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or other claimants are the Defendants, that Paula O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 16th day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 63, Woodgate Subdivision, Phase Two, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 20, Pages 123 and 124, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
