NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 17, 2016, and entered in Case No. 51-2014-CA-002134-XXXX-WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST ROSARIA KEELER, DECEASED; LISA LINARES; ROSEANNE KEELER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROSEANNE KEELER NKA MICHAEL ROBERTS; ROBERT KEELER A/K/A ROBERT KEELER, JR.; KEVIN KEELER; EDWARD KEELER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EDWARD KEELER; CARMELO VEGA, JR.; PATRICIA SCHROEDER; DEBRA A. D/B/A PUBLIX; HERITAGE PINES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. PAULA S. O'NEIL, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 6 day of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 36, HERITAGE PINES VILLAGE 20 UNITS 1 AND 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGE(S) 14, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
