NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered November 25, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2014CA001682CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein JAMES B. NUTTER & COMPANY is Plaintiff and DONNA M. RALPH A/K/A DONNA RALPH, MAX W. RALPH A/K/A MAX RALPH, MEADOW POINTE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 28th day of March, 2016 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 14, Block 8, of MEADOW POINTE PARCEL 17 UNIT 3, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 39 at Page 77, of the Public Records of Pasco County. Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
