NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 20, 2016 in Civil Case No. 51-2015-CA-000130ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR LEHMAN XS TRUST MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2N is Plaintiff and ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE ROBERT J. MOORE TRUST, UTD 06/21/2004, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS TRUSTEES, BENEFICIARIES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE ESTATE OF ROBERT J. Moore a/k/a Robert James Moore, Sr., whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants, unknown trustees, settlers and beneficiaries of Robert J. Moore Trust, utd 6/21/2004 are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 21st day of March, 2016 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lots 10 and 11, Block 178, City of Zephrhills, according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 54, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
