LOT 1742-A, EMBASSY HILLS UNIT EIGHTEEN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 144-146, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
