Felesky, Trustee of the Elizabeth Davis Living Trust dated May 12, 2003, L & S Realty Trust, Alan P. Curtis, Trustee, MRC Receivables Corp, as successor in interest to Household Bank (SB), N.A., Tenant 1 NKA Carol Curtis, Tenant 2 NKA Alan Curtis, United States of America, are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on held online www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 30th of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
