Final Judgment was awarded on February 2, 2016 in Civil Case No. 51-2012-CA-05218, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and GALINA DAVIS A/K/A GALINA OLEINIKOVA DAVIS; JP MORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER WITH WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA; MAGNOLIA POINT PRESERVE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
