NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 9, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-010004 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT AS TRUSTEE OF ARLP TRUST 3, is Plaintiff and CHARMAINE WEST-BURKE, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 29th day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 120, Eagle Palm Phase Two, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 113, Pages 11 through 22, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Property Address: 9112 Moonlit Meadows Loop, Riverview, FL 33569
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
