NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 10, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-004068, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR REGISTERED HOLDERS OF ABFC 2005-AQ1 TRUST, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-AQ1, is Plaintiff and GLENROY L. BODDEN; REVA Y. BODDEN, are defendants. Pat Frank, Clerk of Court for HILLSBOROUGH, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 24th day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
