NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 11, 2015, and entered in 13-CA-006824 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2005-HE7, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-HE7 is the Plaintiff and ALBERTO J. HERRERA A/K/A ALBERTO JULIO HERRERA ; CINDY K. HERRERA A/K/A CYNTHIA K. HERRERA; JP MORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on March 23, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
