NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 09, 2016, and entered in 15-CA-006915 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT AS TRUSTEE OF ARLP TRUST 4 is the Plaintiff and DANIEL BELLICARD BELLICARD A/K/A DANIEL BELLICAR ARRIGNON A/K/A DANIEL BELLICARD ARRIGNON A/K/A DANIEL L. BELLICARD ARRIGNON A/K/A D. BELLICARD; SYLVIE BELLICARD ARRIGNON A/K/A SYLVIE BELLICARD-ARRIGNON A/K/A SYLVIE MICHELLE BELLICARD; CHEVAL PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; 18714 PEPPER PIKE, LLC; BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANTS INC.; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s).
