NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 07, 2016, and entered in 2013-CA-004843 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF MERRILL LYNCH MORTGAGE INVESTORS TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-A10 is the Plaintiff and LIBRADO C. SUAREZ; JOANNA SUAREZ are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on March 24, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
