NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 8, 2016 in Civil Case No. 15-CA-001507 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY is Plaintiff and THOMAS RAYMOND MARCINIAK III, JASMINE LEIGH MARCINIAK, BAHIA LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 24th day of March, 2016 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 404, OF BAHIA LAKES PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 109, PAGE(S) 203 THROUGH 214, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
