NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 8, 2016 in Civil Case No. 2014-CA-004022 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FNMA”) is Plaintiff and CARMEN RABELL, FELIX RABELL, MAGNOLIA TRAILS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT I, UNKNOWN TENANT II, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 24th day of March, 2016 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 29, Magnolia Trails, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 103, Page(s) 118 through 121, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
