NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 13, 2015 in Civil Case No. 14-CA-000952 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA N.A. is Plaintiff and BERNADINE TRAWINSKI AKA BERNADINE R. TRAWINSKI, ANY UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, CREDITORS, AND OTHER UNKNOWN PERSONS OR UNKNOWN SPOUSES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH AND UNDER ANY OF THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANTS., HSBC BANK NEVADA, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO DIRECT MERCHANTS CREDIT CARD BANK, N.A., VICTORIA TERRACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT I, UNKNOWN TENANT II, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BERNADINE TRAWINSKI AKA BERNADINE R. TRAWINSKI, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 21st day of March, 2016 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit No. 8, Building 1, Victoria Terrace Phase 1, a condominium according to plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 7, Page 36, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 4451, Page 418, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, together with an undivided share in common elements appurtenant thereto and any amendments thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
