NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 8, 2016 in Civil Case No. 29-2015-CA-007462 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST JOSEPH FROST, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, JERRY FROSTA/K/A JERRY FROST, SR. A/K/A JEROME FROST, JESSE L. FROST, MARY KATHERINE FROST, CITIFINANCIAL MORTGAGE COMPANY, INC. F/K/A ASSOCIATES HOME EQUITY SERVICES , CITIFINANCIAL MORTGAGE COMPANY, INC. F/K/A/ FORD CONSUMER FINANCE COMPANY, INC., REPUBLIC BANK, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JERRY FROST A/K/A JERRY FROST, SR. A/K/A JEROME FROST, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JESSE L. FROST, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARY KATHERINE FROST, UNNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSEPH FROST, any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against Joseph Frost, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 24th day of March, 2016 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 8, Block “C”, PINE TRACE AT SUMMERFIELD, UNIT ONE, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 62, Page 7, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
