NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated February 1, 2016, entered in Case No. 14-CA-006471 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Christiana Trust, a division of Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, not in its individual capacity but as Trustee of ARLP Trust 3 is the Plaintiff and Manuel J. Herrera; Unknown Spouse of Manuel J. Herrera; Hamptons at Tampa Condominium Association, Inc.; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Geneva Mortgage Corp.; Tampa Palms Owners Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 21st day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 1714 OF HAMPTONS AT TAMPA PALMS CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15865, PAGE 1842, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
