NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 12, 2016, entered in Civil Case No.: 10-CA-011587 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and GILBERT J. GONZALEZ; BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; CHERRY CREEK PROPERTY-OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOHN DOE N/K/A STUART FORSHAY, are Defendants.
PAT FRANK, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 1st day of April, 2016, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
