NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 3, 2015, entered in Case No. 14-CA-008891 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and MOHAMMED ALBASHITI A/K/A MOHAMMED A. ALBASHITI; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MOHAMMED ALBASHITI A/K/A MOHAMMED A. ALBASHITI; RANA BASHITI; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RANA BASHITI; DRIFTWOOD AT LIVE OAK PRESERVE ASSOCIATION, INC.; LIVE OAK PRESERVE ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1; TENANT #2; TENANT #3; TENANT #4 are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 22nd day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 110, BLOCK 82, LIVE OAK PRESERVE PHASE 2A - VILLAGES 9, 10, 11 AND 14, ACCORDING TO PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 105, PAGE 46, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
