NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated February 23, 2016, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-004633 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is Plaintiff, and DANIEL P. GOETZ A/K/A Daniel Goetz A/K/A Daniel Paul Goetz, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 12 day of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 1/2 OF LOT 17, CUSCADEN AND HARRISON'S RESUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 9, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
