NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 16, 2016, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-009708 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein HMC ASSETS LLC SOLELY IN ITS CAPACITY AS SEPARATE TRUSTEE OF CAM XIII TRUST, is Plaintiff and RAMON A. PERALTA, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 5th day of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 4, Block 9, SUMMERFIELD VILLAGE 1, TRACT 2 PHASES 3, 4 & 5, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 107, page 228, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Property Address: 10940 Brickside Court, Riverview, FL 33579
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
