NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated February 29, 2016 , and entered in Case No. 482015CA007949XXXXXX of the Circuit Court in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-1 MORTGAGE LOAN PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-1 is Plaintiff and BENJAMIN NG; SIU MEI NG; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC., MIN NO. 1001337-0001132340-2; METRO GATES, INC.; A/C MECHANIX HEAT & AIR, INC.; SUNDEK A/K/A SUN SURFACES OF ORLANDO, INC.; KC CONSTRUCTION & MAINTENANCE INC.; PLANTATION PARK PRIVATE RESIDENCES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; LITTLE LAKE BRYAN PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com,11:00 A.M. on the 16th day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 836, PLANTATION PARK PRIVATE RESIDENCES, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 8252, PAGE 2922, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME , AND RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 37, PAGE 50 THROUGH 81, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
