Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on July 28, 2015, in the above-styled cause, in the County Court of Orange County, I Tiffany Moore Russell, will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida described as:
LOT 486, SIGNATURE LAKES, PARCEL 1C, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 61, Pages 102 through 113, as recorded in the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
At public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on April 5, 2016, at 11:00 a.m.
