NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 22, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 2010-CA-013918-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein US BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR RMAC TRUST, SERIES 2013-1T, is Plaintiff, and EDDA CASTILLO, are Defendant(s).
Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., at www.myorangeclerk.com on April 19, 2016, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 122, WINDING CREEK UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 29, PAGES 95-96, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 10333 WINDING CREEK LANE, ORLANDO, FL 32825.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.

This Notice of Sale shall be published for two (2) consecutive weeks in the Business Observer. The News Paper is requested pursuant to the previsions of Administrative Directive OCAD 2010-7 to deliver the proof pf publication directly to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Orange County.
