Unit 1211, of LEXINGTON PLACE, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 8687, page 2025, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida; together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
