Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, shall sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on April 1, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the following-described real property:
Unit B-1, VETERANS BOULEVARD, a Condominium, a Non-Residential Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded October 2, 1998, in O.R. Book 1646, Page 1878, et seq., Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and as further described in Condominium Book 11, Pages 3A through 3D, Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida
Commonly Known As: 19800 Veterans Boulevard, Unit B-1, Port Charlotte, Florida 33954
The said sale will be made pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure of the County Court of Charlotte County, Florida, in Civil Action No. 15-0696 CC, Veterans Boulevard Condominium Association, Inc., Plaintiff vs. Estate of Gerald J. Byrnes, Et Al, Defendant.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
