Scott, the Charlotte County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Charlotte County Florida, on May 25, 2016, by electronic sale at http://www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00a.m, for the following described property:

BEING A PART OF LOT 4, BLOCK 8, CHARLOTTE HARBOR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, AT PAGE 3, AND REPLATED IN PLAT BOOK 1, AT PAGE 29, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY FLORIDA, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
