NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 1, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15001707CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida, wherein BANKUNITED, N.A. is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST ROBERT E. GREGOIRE, DECEASED; STEPHEN J. GREGOIRE; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; SOUTHERN-OWNERS INSURANCE COMPANY AS SUBROGEE OF ROBERT GLOUDEMAN; are defendants. BARBARA T.
