NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 23, 2016, entered in Case No. 2015CA000222AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of CWALT, Inc., Alternative Loan Trust 2005-52CB, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-52CB is the Plaintiff and Karen Kalisz; Unknown Spouse of Karen Kalisz; Oakwood Villas Condominium Owner's Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Angelina Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 24th day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 116, OAKWOOD VILLAS, SECTION “C”, A CONDOMINIUM AS SHOWN IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 3, PAGE 23, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA AND AS PER DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 567, PAGE 582, OF SAID RECORDS.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
