NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 01, 2016, entered in Civil Case No.: 2015CA000379AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff, and LAMARR R. RUTHSATZ; HIGHLAND RIDGE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION OF MANATEE COUNTY, INC; SUNTRUST BANK; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES, including, if a named Defendant is deceased, the personal representatives, the surviving spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and all other parties claiming, by, through, under or against that Defendant, and all claimants, persons or parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described Defendants, are Defendants.
Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 1st day of April, 2016, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, HIGHLAND RIDGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGES 55 THROUGH 62, INCLUSIVE, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; SAID LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
