AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST is the Plaintiff and DAVID A. BRINK; MARY E. JOLLIE are the Defendant(s). Angelina Colonneso as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on March 24, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, OF UNIT ONE OF FAIRWAY ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 35, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
