AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST is the Plaintiff and SANDRA J. TUDOR; PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO RBC BANK (USA) are the Defendant(s). Angelina Colonneso as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on March 24, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF MANATEE, STATE OF FLORIDA, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 25, BLOCK E, CAPE VISTA, FIRST UNIT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 73 AND 74, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
