NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 8 December, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2013CA002088AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Green Tree Servicing, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Janell C. Merola a/k/a Janell Christine Merola, John S. Eichelberger a/k/a John Scott Eichelberger, USAA Federal Savings Bank (“USAA FSB”), Unknown Tenant #1, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 6th of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
COMMENCING AT A POINT ON THE NORTH SIDE OF UPHAM STREET, 267 FEET EAST OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 10, BLOCK 2, OF UPHAM'S ADDITION TO BRADENTON, FLORIDA, AS PER PLAT OF SAME, RECORDED IN DEED BOOK “G”, PAGE 830, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND RUNNING THENCE NORTH 1.85 CHAINS TO NORTH BOUNDARY LINE OF LOT 8, BLOCK 2, UPHAM'S ADDITION, THENCE EAST 58.3 FEET MORE OR LESS TO LAND DEEDED TO BAXTER, THENCE SOUTH 1.85 CHAINS MORE OR LESS TO UPHAM STREET, THENCE WEST ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF UPHAM STREET, 58.3 FEET TO A POINT OF BEGINNING, SAID LOT BEING A PART OF LOT 8, BLOCK 2, UPHAM'S ADDITION TO BRADENTON, FLORIDA.
